La Coopérative d'Habitation Ecologique Neuchâteloise "La CHENE"

Through the joint action of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with moderately priced housing, as defined by the Federal Act of 21 March 2003 promoting moderately priced rental and owner-occupied housing (LOG), to permanently remove these housing units from speculation and to conserve them; the cooperative aims to offer housing for all segments of the population; it promotes community life in the sense of mutual responsibility and solidarity, sociocultural and intergenerational exchanges, and respect for the principles of sustainable development (for the full purpose, see the articles of association).
