The company may carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) in direct or indirect relation with its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad and take participations in other companies with an analogous or related purpose to its own, as well as acquire such enterprises. The company may grant guarantees (in particular in the form of bonds, pledges or others), grant loans or advances to shareholders or to third parties.
