The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is the acquisition, sale, holding, leasing, management and operation of real estate, agricultural, viticultural and horticultural properties, and all activities related to this purpose in accordance with the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights of October 4, 1991 (LDFR). The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its associates.
