The company's purpose is: all real estate operations, in particular development, management, investment, purchase, sale, brokerage and management, as well as services and consulting in the field of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, it may: participate in all companies and carry out all movable, immovable, financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
