The company's purpose is real estate management, the purchase, sale or rental of buildings, promotion and real estate brokerage, in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits provided by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
