It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of properties, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
