In general, the company may, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate, or movable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or to third parties, if this promotes its interests, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
