The company's purposes are: a) all activities related to carpentry work, notably subcontracting and general wood manufacturing; b) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, processing, and general marketing of all furniture items, as well as all products related to wood, materials, and construction; c) all services, technical advice, solutions, services, and execution of plans and drawings using all software, interactive applications, and IT solutions, virtual reality, interior, exterior, and environmental spaces; d) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of a financial intermediary as defined in Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) taking stakes in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) granting loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, guaranteeing loans subscribed by partners or third parties, guaranteeing such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or others, as well as subscribing to any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
