The company's purpose is to engage in all real estate promotion activities, management and planning of all projects in the field of building construction; execution and direction of works, general contracting; real estate brokerage; acquisition and sale of buildings, except those prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
