The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration and disposal of participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the provision of all services to group companies, in particular in the areas of accounting, management, taxation, representation and contract negotiation (for full purpose see articles of association).
