La Röschi Genossenschaft

Aims to enable its members to inhabit the properties Röschibachstrasse 4a, 8 and 10 in 8037 Zurich in the long term; attempts to achieve this purpose by renting the aforementioned properties from the owner, the City of Zurich, and possibly taking them over under a building right at a later date; may cooperate with related organizations if it serves its purposes and acquire membership in umbrella organizations; does not intend to make a profit.
