The company's purpose is all operations or advisory services in the field of real estate, as well as the purchase, holding, sale, brokerage, construction, transformation, exploitation, management, administration, and enhancement of real estate properties in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity that promotes its development and that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies, or third parties.
