In particular, the company will provide its services for: a) landscape and territorial analysis; b) environmental impact assessment; c) agricultural-forestry and territorial cartography; d) studies on soil defense interventions and environmental recovery of degraded areas; e) studies for the construction of waste disposal and recycling plants; f) study of the realization and management of parks, gardens, golf courses, playgrounds and any other work related to public or private green spaces; g) studies for the realization and management of agro-environmental companies, forest systems, ecological networks; h) participation in tenders and competitions for the awarding of services or studies in the field of its activity; i) provision of technical expertise and arbitration or testing; j) consulting services related to the conservation of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems; k) studies related to recreation and leisure; l) studies on environmental compatibility of industrial and tertiary activities; m) interventions related to landscape architecture and agronomy. The above activities may also be carried out abroad, both directly and through subsidiaries. The company may, in a non-prevalent manner, in relation to the aforementioned purpose and not towards the public, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations deemed necessary and/or useful for the achievement of the social purpose, as well as acquire participations or interests in companies or enterprises having an analogous, related or connected object to its own and provide guarantees and warranties in general, also real, in the interest and for obligations of third parties.
