The Company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and/or abroad, any commercial operation related to the design, construction, sale, rental and operation of any carousel, all equipment, games and other various attractions, all intermediary services in the field of buying, renting and selling carousels, equipment and amusement games, as well as any service provision related to the aforementioned activities; to file, acquire, hold and sell patents and/or all intellectual property rights (trademarks, etc.) and to acquire, hold and grant licenses; to grant loans and/or any other form of financing to one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if it promotes the interests of the Company; to provide guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or one or more third parties to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more Associates, group companies of which the Company is a part and/or one or more third parties, if it promotes the interests of the Company.
