The purpose of LANDI is to safeguard the economic and social interests of its members through cooperative mutual assistance, in partnership with fenaco société coopérative (hereinafter fenaco). Within its scope of activity, LANDI aims to provide producers with efficient facilities for the processing of wheat, feed and oil crops as well as other agricultural products, to ensure their handling and marketing under the most favorable conditions for its members. To supply agriculture and other sectors with a wide range of production means, consumer goods, technologies and services, including renewable and fossil energies. LANDI may acquire or dispose of real estate, create branches, subsidiaries and foundations, take participations in other companies or conclude cooperation agreements with them. The cooperative may also undertake all commercial activities that enable it to improve its development and achieve its objectives.
