mainly in Switzerland, the provision of all services related to trustee activities within the meaning of Article 17 para. 2 LEFin, including executor of wills and general agent; execution of control and revision mandates and accounting; execution of economic, financial and tax research and provision of advice in these areas; acquisition, management and holding, mainly on behalf of third parties, of participations in companies, as well as acquisition, exploitation and development of all industrial or intellectual property rights. To this end, the Company may provide administrative services and participate in industrial and commercial enterprises. It may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, of other entities of the group to which the Company belongs in the interest of the said group, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose.
