This available income is to be used for the careful education of all participating sons who have reached the age of thirteen and, in particular, those who show exceptional intellectual abilities and are less fortunate; then for the purposeful support of truly poor and honest participants; in the event of fire, water or other unforeseen accidents of one or more participants, where help and, in particular, rapid help is absolutely necessary, the Board of Directors may dispose of up to four available half-yearly interest payments in favor of those affected, and in the most extreme emergency, it may even dispose of half a year's interest that would otherwise be capitalized; however, this half-interest should be replaced in subsequent better years from the available interest in the fund; the female offspring is excluded and has no right to this fund, but if the entire interest is ever available, daughters of actual participants may be granted a benevolent support in the event of poverty, but the later offspring of these daughters from other branches is foreign to the family fund.
