Landwirtschaftliche Bürgschaftsgenossenschaft des Kantons St.Gallen

To facilitate the procurement and securing of loans for farmers, agricultural self-help organizations or companies, as well as small commercial enterprises in mountainous regions, as defined in Article 10a of the Federal Structural Improvement Ordinance (SR 913.1, abbreviated SVV), with a residence or registered office in the canton of St. Gallen, by guaranteeing loans. The cooperative can provide guarantees to lessors of agricultural properties in the canton of St. Gallen, provided that the financed measure improves the agricultural use of the business, take on additional tasks on behalf of the canton, namely to improve production and operational conditions through the guarantee of investment and operating loans, and to grant contributions from the specially established aid fund, to the extent that funds are available.
