The cooperative is a member of fenaco, Bern. The cooperative can acquire and sell real estate, establish branch offices, found subsidiaries, establish foundations, participate in other companies or conclude cooperation agreements with them. Furthermore, the cooperative can conduct all business that is suitable to promote the development of the cooperative and achieve the purpose of the cooperative.
