The company's purpose is any activity in the real estate sector, in Switzerland or abroad, including the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, construction, renovation, transformation, operation, management, administration, valuation, or brokerage of real estate properties whose use is in accordance with the LFAIE. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that directly or indirectly relate to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including taking participations in other companies. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable, immovable (whose use is in accordance with the LFAIE) and financial operations and conclude any contract directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to contribute to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this is in its interest.
