Laser Assistance SA

The assistance, maintenance, revision and consulting of metalworking and laser plants, the buying and selling, import and export and representation of such plants and machines, management programs and spare parts. The company may participate in similar companies. It may also participate in other companies both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, own, lease and sell real estate both in Switzerland and abroad. For real estate in Switzerland exclusively in accordance with Art. 2 II lit. a LAFE (permanent establishment for the company's activity); always in relation to this purpose, it may, if necessary and if required by the authorities and/or LAFE regulations, sell real estate in Switzerland.
