The company's purpose is to provide all administrative, management and advisory services of a family office type, in particular by providing concierge services and acting as the employer of the shareholder's household staff. In particular, the company may call upon and associate with any third-party service provider necessary or useful for the achievement of its corporate purpose. In this regard, the company may make all kinds of commitments and carry out all kinds of commercial or financial transactions having a direct or indirect connection to its purpose or likely to promote its achievement, including activities as a trustee on behalf of its clients, except for those related to securities trading, trustee and/or wealth management activities, provided that these are subject to authorization.
