The company's purpose is to trade in natural care products. The company may act as part of and in the interest of the Laverana International Group, and in particular, grant loans or other financing to other companies within the group and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind.
