The company's purpose is the sale, installation of pools, saunas & wellness, spas and outdoor facilities as well as the marketing of all products and accessories related to the purpose; management and operation of pools, basins; import, export of equipment and products for private and public pools; construction of pools, jacuzzis, sports facilities and related work and all other diverse constructions. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures for the benefit of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies or third parties when it serves its interests.
