The purpose of the foundation is to support non-profit projects in the following areas: - endangered animals worldwide (this partial purpose is not to be pursued in Switzerland or in zoos) - Music: introducing children and young people to music (in Switzerland and the Czech Republic); projects that pursue creative, new approaches to music promotion and mediation; acquisition of instruments. - Basic and clinical research in the fields of neuroscience (e.g. brain diseases, dementia diseases, multiple sclerosis, etc.) rheumatism, paraplegia and stroke. - Rheumatism research, therapy and prevention. It is not mandatory that the distributed funds are used in equal parts for the aforementioned purposes. The quality of the supported projects is primarily decisive. To pursue the foundation's purpose, both the returns and capital gains as well as the capital can be consumed. The foundation is intended to have consumed its assets within approximately twenty years. The foundation does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
