Supply on its own account or on behalf of third parties of the following works and services: combined and non-combined production of electrical and thermal energy in cogeneration using renewable and non-renewable sources for the supply of heat also through district heating networks; carrying out activities aimed at the optimal use of energy resources and saving, rationalization and transformation of the same; design, construction, sale and/or monitoring of plants and equipment, including information and telematic products and services for control, maintenance, measurement and management of electrical and thermal energy production plants and heat transport networks such as district heating networks; construction, repair, modification, transformation and management of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, gas and water treatment systems for civil, industrial and agricultural environments; design, construction and management of plants with energy-saving characteristics, environmental and atmospheric protection, and use of renewable energy sources; construction and repair activities of oil and gas plants and equipment in general, fuel, chemical and food measuring instruments, assembly of pumping and measurement complexes; construction and installation of bodies for industrial vehicles, partial and total transformation of industrial vehicles and vehicles in general; design and construction of electronic equipment and components in general and computer infrastructure and systems. Any similar and/or related activity to the previous ones also through the purchase or rental of one or more companies in the sector. The company may engage in wholesale and retail trade of non-food products and may carry out transportation activities in general, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties. The above activities may be carried out both in Switzerland and abroad.
