Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company's purpose is to engage in: all activities in the field of real estate, in particular real estate development, holding and managing real estate, buying and selling real estate, including all related services, consulting and activities; all financial activities (including financing planning for real estate acquisitions as well as tax and insurance consulting related thereto). As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
