The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and administration of participations and equity rights in all companies or corporations, in Switzerland and abroad; the financing of projects of all kinds, in particular through its participations; the purchase, sale, construction, manufacture and rental of all real estate and movable assets. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate and movable transactions, except for any transaction subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, borrow, grant or guarantee loans or guarantees to shareholders, third parties or affiliated companies.
