The company's purpose is the trade of metals, in particular metal profiles, metallurgical products and supplies for industry, trade or construction, as well as all marketing and consulting activities related thereto. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, - grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, - guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - secure these loans by issuing pledges and mortgage certificates or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
