In general, the company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, real estate (except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), movable and other transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
