The company's purpose is to provide the population with modestly priced housing on a sustainable basis by operating and managing the buildings constructed on plot 2,159 in the municipality of Lausanne, Avenue Druey 16 and 16 bis, which were built under the provisions of the law of December 8, 1953, on general coordination measures in the field of housing and the promotion of modestly priced housing construction, updated on December 31, 1957, and its implementing ordinance of December 13, 1957.
