to coordinate the efforts of the members through a common action with the aim of; a) improving the housing conditions in their favor; b) providing them with healthy, economic, practical and advantageous rental housing; c) acquiring, renting or obtaining by any other means the right to dispose of land to build economic housing; d) purchasing already constructed buildings with the aim of transforming them into economic housing.
