The Foundation's purpose is to make its real estate infrastructure available in the form of rental. The Foundation's real estate assets may be rented to one or more operating companies responsible for providing medical services and all hotel and care services performed in the Foundation's buildings. The operating companies must serve the purpose of the Foundation, namely: medical and accommodation services for people who are generally over 64 years old and require medical-social supervision, and contributing to the well-being of the elderly in general. The Foundation may hold participations in these operating companies in Switzerland or abroad.
