To build and operate a wood-fired heating plant in Les Ponts-de-Martel, fuelled by forest wood chips; to build and operate a district heating network supplied by the wood-fired heating plant; to manage these facilities in the most efficient way possible from a technical and economic point of view; to promote the development of indigenous renewable energies in the medium and long term in the territory of Les Ponts-de-Martel; to defend the interests of its members, in particular those connected to the heating network.
