The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, construction, operation, sale, management and pledging of properties and real estate rights within the limits provided by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company also aims to operate a general construction business. As a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
