The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of providing services and assistance, managing temporary structures, including day and night care centers, short-term stays, palliative care, medical or non-medical, and related services, including cleaning, transportation, meal delivery and medical equipment, or of any other nature. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a similar or identical purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the social purpose or relate to it directly or indirectly. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties if it serves its interests.
