In Switzerland and abroad, the company offers all kinds of advice, services and performances, as well as the exercise of any activity in the fields of catering (operation of refreshment bars and beverage outlets) and culture (organization of cultural events). The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its members and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its members.
