The association aims to support startups and other companies from all industry sectors that drive technological, economic and social innovation in Switzerland and internationally with their business model. The focus is on the education and development of the next generation of innovative leaders and teams. Support is provided, among other things, in the areas of leadership, team development, individual and team coaching, training, workshops, talent pools and human resources support. In addition, community building and networking of the target group are actively promoted. The association can organize and finance projects and further education for the promotion of global market exploration and global networking. Educational materials, information and know-how are made publicly available as open source whenever possible. Other fields can be addressed step by step and in the short term if clear needs are shown by the rapidly changing business environments. The association exclusively pursues non-profit and charitable purposes. The association's profits and capital are dedicated solely to the aforementioned purpose. Commercial purposes are excluded.
