supervision and quality control of safety services provided by third-party companies to airlines at served airports; subcontracting of airport security services and document control to subsidiaries or third-party companies; all activities directly or indirectly related to safety, protection of persons and goods, airport security, baggage surveillance and access control to aircraft; control of passengers and their belongings, travel documents as well as aircraft and all related services; training in airport and port security and all areas related to protection in connection with the transport of goods, persons and money; activities related to security measures, video surveillance facilities, security services such as surveillance for private individuals, protection of persons and other similar activities; participation in commercial and/or industrial companies active in the aforementioned areas of activity, through participation in their foundation, subscription of sponsorships, subscription or purchase of securities, shares, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, alliances or in any other way (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
