The association aims to provide free general education and vocational training for young people and young adults - with a focus on girls and young women - from underprivileged families in developing countries. The association serves directly and exclusively non-profit, charitable and benevolent purposes and thus the general welfare of society. The association's activities are not aimed at generating profits. The association does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes. The association achieves its purpose through its own projects and through projects carried out in cooperation with other non-profit organizations in Switzerland and abroad. The association is authorized to support projects of other non-profit organizations with the same or similar purpose.
