The company's purpose is to operate a vehicle and goods transport business in Switzerland and Europe, import and export vehicles, as well as relocate and repatriate vehicles and individuals. Furthermore, the company may carry out all real estate transactions, except for those subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). To this end, the company may, directly or indirectly, carry out all financial, commercial or industrial transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all businesses having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
