The company's purpose is the production, trade, import, export, and distribution of all products, particularly in the field of catering and gastronomy. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
