The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial, industrial or real estate activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies of which it is a part, - stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, - guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, - carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
