The modernization, renewal, improvement and expansion of the BHS - Baggage Handling Systems of Zurich Airport, in particular the execution planning; the installation of facilities, including the replacement of existing facilities and the installation of new facilities; the testing of facilities; the training of personnel; the documentation of work, including interface coordination with other systems; as well as the delivery of spare parts. The branch may commission local subcontractors, suppliers or sub-suppliers or use the services of employees, consultants or other experts. Furthermore, the branch may make all agreements and perform all activities related to import, customs clearance and all commercial, financial or other activities related to its purpose.
