The association promotes a new understanding of education and enables children and young people to take an individual learning path, discover and develop their resources. It does this particularly through the founding and management of the private school LernOrt SEISA at one or more locations, as well as through further training and care offers. The association is the sponsor of the private school LernOrt SEISA, which leads the cycle 1 (basic stage) and has the possibility to expand to cycles 2 and 3. LernOrt SEISA is managed by the school management. The children are accompanied by teachers, assistants and parents. The association operates selflessly and does not pursue any commercial purposes. The association's funds may only be used for statutory purposes and goals. The organs of the association work on a voluntary basis. For school activities, school management, teachers and assistants are employed. Further and detailed information can be found in the concept of the private school LernOrt SEISA. The financial year corresponds to the school year, starting on August 1st and ending on July 31st.
