The company's purpose is to operate restaurants (hot and cold catering, service and delivery), cafes, bars or other beverage outlets, with related services; trade or participation in companies pursuing similar purposes; more specifically, the operation of a café-restaurant called "LES CYTISES". The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
