The company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, subject to the provisions of the Rural Land Rights Act (LDFR) and Article 3bis of the Articles of Association. Furthermore, it may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may grant guarantees, make loans or advances to shareholders or third parties.
