The company's purpose is the acquisition, disposal and management of participations in all industrial, commercial or financial, movable or immovable (exclusively for commercial use) enterprises, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may grant loans or any other form of financing, including participating in cash pooling operations, to affiliated companies, as well as provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets, and this without consideration, on preferential terms or without interest. The company may also acquire, manage and exploit patents, trademarks, know-how, recipes and other intellectual property assets, as well as develop or finance the development of processes and products. Furthermore, the company may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate (exclusively for commercial use) in Switzerland or abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). In addition, the company may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad; participate in other companies within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); found, acquire or finance companies; carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
