The company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, all real estate transactions, such as the purchase, sale, holding and construction of real estate, as well as all real estate investment, real estate development or related activities, including brokerage, management and administration of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company also has the purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, of carrying out all activities in the field of renting, in particular short-term renting (e.g. Airbnb type), of all types of properties. The company may grant loans and/or guarantees to its associates and/or third parties and/or act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and/or third parties if it serves its interests.
