The company's purpose is to carry out real estate development and all services related to the construction industry, as well as all activities in the real estate sector, in particular related to the study, planning, renovation, promotion, management and realization of constructions of all kinds; the provision of all services in this field such as brokerage, project management, management, administration, operation and development of real estate and movable assets. It also aims to acquire and hold participations in companies from various economic sectors, including real estate, in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization, conclude contracts that are intended to develop its activities or that relate directly or indirectly to them, receive products in the form of interest, commissions and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, acquire or create identical or similar companies, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may carry out these operations for its own account as well as for the account of third parties. It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its shareholders and directors.
